Installation (summary) :
  • Excavate and check subgrade permeability; provide safety drainage if permeability is insufficient
  • Install anti-contamination geotextile
  • Prepare a load-bearing, draining foundation layer according to subgrade
  • Stabilise edges with borders and compact in successive layers
  • Prepare a screeded and compacted bedding layer
  • Lay slabs progressively according to the layout; place fixings in the direction of progress
  • Cutting: possible around edges but avoid cuts in trafficked zones when possible
  • After installation, fill cells with appropriate infill (grass, gravel or mixed solutions; compatible with PAV65 for paved tracks)
