Tangent® is an innovative example of strong, graceful shelving. What makes Tangent unique is its beautifully simple means of assembly: when the shelves are eased into their supports, they instantly lock in place. Best of all, its anodized aluminum supports are so unobtrusive the shelves seem to hover. An optional stainless steel wire assembly allows for increased capacity. This wire assembly can also support a much deeper shelf that can be used as a work surface. Tangent® shelf options include straight, curved or asymmetrically curved outer edges as well as a display shelf (5¾" deep with groove). Work surfaces (22" deep) can be specified straight, radius or wave shape with stainless steel wire assembly. A Tangent® unit can be ordered with two overhead shelves and a work surface with wire assembly to create a storage unit with work space. Tangent Shelves and Wall Systems are available in standard Nienkämper wood veneers and stains. Tangent® shelf brackets are available in clear, champagne, light bronze, bronze and black anodized aluminum.
