Description

The best material on the market with regard to thermal and acoustic insulation. The heat required for a construction is < 5W/m2 if the inside – outside temperature difference is of 40°C. There are no thermal bridges: no mould; no condensation; no bacteria. It is resistant to earthquakes due to the structure of resistance formed by a lattice of reinforced concrete beams. The ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) modular elements are blocks of polyurethane foam with an average density of 45kg/m3. A building constructed of ICF offers a high level of thermal and acoustic insulation, making it suitable for use in civil engineering (houses, apartment buildings), industrial buildings (warehouses), pools and thermal puffers. The construction can be adapted to different purposes by coating the ICF walls with magnesium oxide plates, plasterboard, etc. Experience has shown that 50 years after the first polyurethane foam (BASF) was made, its insulation level has dropped by less than 1%. The use of ICF modular elements in construction eliminates thermal bridges, which leads to the elimination of mould, condensation and the posibility of bacterial growth. The thermal conductivity of the ICF modular elements is 60% lower than that of polystyrene.
