Central belongs to a new generation of modular furniture that creates places to hang out in. The system is comprised of curving components and linear modules that interlock to form seats, tabletops and armrests. Planters slot in-between to add variety or designate individual areas. Central’s ergonomic seat height, backrests and armrests are proportioned to accommodate a range of body types and mobilities. Assembly and placement Partly assembled. Freestanding, bolted with each other. Maintenance Repaint with alkyd paint if necessary. Variants The park bench has backrest and is available with or without armrests on the side or in any location. The bench is available in two different lengths with or without armrests on the side or in any location. The park bench and bench are available as a convex and concave 90° models in powder-coated steel. The planter is available to integrate into the system.
