Contemporary sofa Merité

In Merité we played with interpreting the almost iconic classic sofa from the 60’s. We have taken it apart and put it back together, twisting the proportions, pushing the symmetry and thereby giving it a fresh, new appearance. Merité always comes in combinations of two different colours or fabrics, underlining the difference between the firm shell and the softer inside. Merité is available in the classical arrangement: Armchair, 2-seater and 3-seater. “A sofa is a sofa is a sofa”. Materials: Ploegwool from Deploeg. Colour: Light Greys. Raw aluminum legs. Wood construction. Cold foam. Cleaning instructions: In case of stains Deploeg recommends using only water and a towel. Soak the towel in lukewarm water and squeeze out any excess water. Spread the towel over the stain and leave until it is dry. The stain will then be largely absorbed into the towel. WEIGHT: 32 kg
