Caos is a steel sculpture with curves that suggest new ways of designing and using spaces. It derives from a circle by alternating straight lines and curving lines to get a final unexpected rhythm. A solid central core is sustained by two thin and minimal supporting elements. Dichotomy becomes the distinctive feature of this bookshelf designed by internationally renowned designer Alessandro Guerriero: the straight line gets softer thanks to a curve, the diagonal trait plays with flat levels, textile warms steel up and moreover a contrast takes place between grave colours and lively colours. Caos expresses a special fascination as it is characterized by a double identity and acts as esthetical and emotional item.
