Description

The double cantilever truss or roof truss is used as a main structure to cover industrial buildings; it allows to build aisles with large spans. Over the main structure consisting of double cantilever trusses, TT-type roofing beams are laid integrated by a covering consisting of NT fiber concrete or aluminium slabs fixed onto a framework of timber boards including an insulation sheet. It is possible to build water-proof covers by using insulation sheaths to constitute an unbroken slab. . By suitably spacing the roofing tiles one can make room for large skylights which can be equipped with the most commonly used translucent plastic sheet or engine-operated skylights. Roofs based on double-cantilever trusses are a safe and money-saving solution ideal for industrial and manufacturing workshops, especially in rural areas where flat roofing systems are not appropriate. Length: min.12 to max.45 ml. Extrados width: min.30 to max.50 cm. Slope: 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 %
