Tripark is a dependent double stacker (multiplier parking stacker) that allows up to three vehicles to be parked in a single parking bay. It is compact, easy to install and each platform is rated to lift vehicles up to 2,500 kg.
OverviewThe unit is designed for situations with very limited space: compact construction minimizes footprint while allowing secure stacking of up to three vehicles. Each platform supports up to 2,500 kg, covering the majority of passenger vehicles on the market.
Operation and sequenceThe system operates with a package sequence: after removing lower vehicles, the lower platform raises to engage the upper platform, freeing it to be lowered to ground level. This sequence maintains compactness during movement and is engineered for safety.
Upper platform and vehicle removalThe upper platform is supplied with an integral ramp to facilitate straightforward vehicle removal and entry. The ramp is permanently fixed to the upper deck to ensure reliable operations.
Platform design and safetyPlatforms are completely smooth and hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection and user access. The rising toecap is manufactured from almond-pattern metal sheet to reduce wheel or foot slippage. Front stops (final terminals) and a slight downward bend at the platform front help position wheels and prevent rollback.
Structure and movementThe supporting structure and column guides ensure smooth, quiet sliding of platforms while securing the vehicle. Columns are positioned slightly forward (not centered) to ease opening vehicle doors on both upper and lower platforms.
Mechanical and hydraulic safety systemsThe upper platform is fitted with a torsion bar and associated locking devices that engage at preset intervals. An electrically actuated mechanical locking stopper, when closed, provides mechanical engagement every 3 cm and permits hydraulic oil return to the tank, preventing unnecessary pressure build-up in the hydraulic circuit.
Controls and adjustmentsAn electrical micro-switch provides slowdown and stopping of platforms at preset positions; it is fully visible for maintenance and emergency interventions. Pinion-to-rack position on the torsion bar support can be adjusted by shifting the support. All micro-switches along the column can be repositioned on their adjustment cursor.
Upper-platform transverse safetyA transversal safety mechanical bar is fitted under the upper platform; if the lower platform rises and contacts this bar (for example due to a micro-switch fault), it mechanically stops ascent to avoid crushing the vehicle.
