The Mono is a goods lift designed for industrial material handling by O.ME.R. S.p.a., offering configurable platform sizes and a rated load capacity from 750 Kg to 1,500 Kg.

Load-bearing capacity
The load-bearing capacity of the O.ME.R. S.p.a. Mono range is between 750 Kg and 1,500 Kg, covering typical industrial lifting requirements and allowing selection according to application needs.

Structure
The structure consists of two welded columns forming a single block to ensure structural stiffness. A central hydraulic cylinder manufactured by O.ME.R. S.p.a. is installed between the columns; the piston dimensions are sized according to the platform capacity.

Column reinforcement
The columns are connected by horizontal steel plates that increase rigidity. The piston is centrally positioned and proportioned to the chosen platform load rating.

Control unit
The control unit includes an oil tank, an electrical panel and an electro-hydraulic pump. The assembly occupies less than 1 m² and is arranged for easy access during maintenance and inspections.

Main components and access
All primary components, including electrical connections and the junction box, are located between the two columns to simplify periodic maintenance and servicing operations.

Machine operation
The machine uses low-voltage electric limit switches to provide a two-speed operation: the platform first triggers a slowdown command and then the stop command when passing the limit switch.

Platform construction
The platform is manufactured with transverse tubular profiles running along its entire length to provide structural stiffness and enable lifting up to 1,500 Kg.
