With an elegant stacked system of transducers, we’ve increased the pivot of the loudspeaker so you can hear every detail, just like if the speaker was right in front of you. A patented tweeter design that improves high-frequency performance, the DPSD™ radiator uses a unique suspension design that prevents distortion and increases loudness. The suspension is attached at both the voice-coil and the peak of the dome allowing the driver to be crossed over at a much lower frequency. This results in improved dispersion and decreased distortion. When a speaker cone reaches its limit of movement and comes to a hard stop, unwanted waves ripple up and down the cone.
