Interior doors prepared for environments subjected to conditions of pressure changes due to the passage of trains or vehicles at high speed. Doors of 63mm thick, featuring superior strength, using greater thicknesses in materials and extra internal reinforcements in frame and leaf. It has 4 stainless steel hinges per leaf (five hinges in higher doors). It also has extra elements for wall fixation. These doors have been tested at an accredited lab and get to keep their operation after 600,000 cycles of Pushing-Suctioning pressure at 2,5 KPascal. MC3 frame made in high resistance 1,2mm. with channel for smoke seals, and provided with anchors and square angles for metalic expansive bolts or welded to metalic preframe. Leaf of 63mm. thickness made in galvanized steel of 1mm. thickness skinpass type, filled with rockwool: density 200 Kg/m3. Multiple high resistance lock points integrated in the antipanic device. Stainless steel hinges marked CE. Stainless steel anti-hook handle according to DIN standard, with galvanized steel core. Intumescente perimeter seal between frame and wall of 30x2 mm.
