Project Feature The building has a cubic volume interrupted by projecting components, wide cuts, skylights and by an alternating use of granite and glass. The granite is applied in a traditional way in slabs while the glass is used for windows and for the curtain wall (both vision and spandrel). The double glass panels are Solarsiv Silver 20 with thickness 6-12-5 mm. They are joined with structural silicone on four sides and mounted on aluminum transoms. The spandrels at floor levels have 6 mm thick silver opacified glass. The openable windows have the same double glass as the curtain wall framed by aluminum with a metallic blue external paint. Scope of Work 10,000 sqm (107,600 sq ft) of curtain wall, granite and metal cladding.
