Product overviewPilkington Optilam™ I Colour is laminated safety glass manufactured by bonding two or more glass panes with polyvinylbutyral (PVB) interlayers. The lamination provides impact protection and safety while allowing tailored combinations of glass type and thickness for specific architectural requirements.
Colour interlayersOptilam™ I Colour uses coloured PVB interlayers to offer a broader palette than body-tinted glass. Because the colour is in the interlayer and independent of glass thickness, designers gain consistent colour across different glass thicknesses and greater freedom in façade and interior applications.
