OverviewBOX SICURO is a lightweight, fast and economical trench shoring system, delivered pre-assembled and suitable for trench works on soils of good consistency. European standard EN 13331-1/2 and Italian legislative decree D.lgs 81/2008 require that excavations deeper than 1.50 m be supported to prevent collapse of trench walls and protect workers.
Characteristics- Quick and economical, supplied already assembled; intended for trench works on soils of good consistency.
- The BOX SICURO lightweight shoring system is engineered to ensure safety for trench works up to a maximum depth of 320 cm on soils of good consistency.
- Base module consists of a pair of steel panels 300 cm (length) × 200 cm (height) braced by telescopic spacers for trench widths from 75 cm to 215 cm.
- Can be combined with elevation panels of 60 cm and 120 cm to reach greater depths.
- Delivered assembled on site or installed using medium-capacity lifting equipment such as backhoe loaders and mini-excavators.
- Designed to withstand a pressure up to 22.50 kN/m², guaranteed up to the maximum opening of 215 cm.
- Simple and fast work sequence: assemble BOX SICURO above ground, excavate to the required depth, position BOX SICURO with a single lift from the excavator and proceed with bottom works.
Advantages- Ease of use
- Lightweight
- High safety standards
Applications- Excavations (trench wall protection and operator safety during trench works)
