Roman Classic Travertine is the Italian Travertine by definition, characterized by a light beige background with light streaks of warm colour. Roman Travertine has been used since ancient times for the construction of works such as the Colosseum and St. Peter's Basilica, which testify to its ability to withstand over time.
Its high porosity highlights the uniqueness of natural stone. Classic Roman Travertine can be enhanced with different types of finishes such as polishing, smoothing, brushing, bush-hammering and many others.
Travertine can be used in any space to which you want to give a twist of elegance, charm and refinement. It can be thought as a construction material for balustrades, bases for fireplaces or for further decorative elements of homes, both internally and externally. Due to its porosity it is not suitable for use in environments such as bathrooms and kitchens.
