Overview
The PolyPlay Arena GT is a sustainable mini-pitch arena combining sports functionality with a modular perimeter system made from 100% recycled artificial turf. It is designed for urban locations, offering a quieter, durable and resource-conserving solution for municipalities, clubs and schools.

Base layer
The base layer is built on a subbase provided on-site in accordance with DIN 18035. On top of this a Polytan elastic or base layer for artificial turf or synthetic surfaces is installed to provide the required shock absorption and protect joints. The elastic construction ensures optimal force reduction, improved comfort, pleasant running feel and a long-lasting playing experience.

Playing field
The PolyPlay Arena GT uses particularly durable and versatile surface systems. Depending on requirements, textured artificial turf systems from the LigaGrass family or the all-round surfaces PolyPlay S and PolyPlay SE are used. The robust surfaces are ideal for intensive football play and a variety of ball sports, offering good ball bounce behaviour, quick drying and year-round usability.

Barriers & Accessories
The system features a 1 m high modular barrier made of recycled artificial turf (FlexBlock) which is engineered to reduce ball-impact noise and deliver high durability. On the goal sides, a 2 m high net is installed. The playing field can be fully enclosed with side nets and a roof net construction if required. All equipment (nets, goals etc.) is available in vandalism-resistant versions. Floodlight systems can be integrated for time-independent use of the court.

Green Technology & Circularity

• Barrier elements are manufactured from FormaTurf FlexBlock using recycled artificial turf, creating a visible contribution to the circular economy
• From one worn-out artificial turf pitch it is possible to produce multiple (around nine) standard courts in the 20 × 13 m format; approx. 800 m² of old turf are used per court in barrier elements
• Meets relevant standards (DIN EN 15312)
• Long lifespan reduces replacement frequency and overall resource consumption
