Trouser press DLP

The DLP is a horizontal trousers press, designed to obtain a high production, relieving the operator from physical fatigue and ensuring a constant finishing quality. This machine is able to simultaneously iron and define perfectly the 4 pleats of the trouser in a single movement, making its finishing very fast, even with an unexperienced operator. The bucks are both steaming and steam-heated, with the lower one also vacuum and air-blowing, upon request. This last function allows an impeccable finishing of the hip line in a very short time, without leaving gloss on the dark colours and without marking the seams at the pockets. Another novelty is the silicon intermediate frame, which acts as a separator between the two legs. The powerful action of the actuator is of fundamental importance, as it varies the pressing pressure exerted by the upper buck automatically up to 70% more than traditional mechanics, operating in synchrony with the steam injection, which occurs simultaneously from both the upper and lower bucks. The hydraulic shock absorber guarantees the absence of any stress on the machine, for maximum reliability and durability. The ironing cycle foresees a pause time during which the upper buck exerts the maximum pressure, before vacuum action. The machine is equipped with an anti-sucking function, which prevents light fabrics from sticking to the upper deck as it rises, so as not to compromise the final ironing quality. DLP is equipped with a modern touch-screen PLC, which allows to customize the machine for each specific customer's request, allows a total control on its functionalities and an immediate technical analysis through a diagnostic menu.
