• The new VARIO 8000, evolution of the previous 7000 series,has been designed to optimize manufacturing costs, to match the sizes of many locks in the market and to fit the most part of existing security doors without have to modifying them. This lock solve the assembly problems faced by the security door producers that use several lock models. 4 turns with active combination, with 36mm excursion of bolts. • The mechanic adopts a conventional central-tooth key-driven excursion. The double pack composed by 7 self-coding asymmetrical spring-levers, make a simultaneous check of the two bits of the key and the spring latch, ensuring the maximum resistance to the tampering. Manganase drill-proof plate is available as accossory. • The key changing is fast, direct and reversible; the lock can be easily recoded with a new key by a screw situated in the front plate The key changing must always be done with the door opened. • The yard key allows to pair randomly keys and locks during packaging stage or just before the doors are delivered by the distributor or the installer. In this way assembly operations are simplified and the final customer has the guarantee of safety. He can choose key sealed packing composed by 3 or 6-keys and replace the yard key (with a very simple operation) when he uses the security door for the first time. • The lock is supplied with 1 yard key 98 mm and 3 pcs keyset 98 mm into a sealed bag.
