EXP flush panel doors are pre-primed ready for painting, Flush doors are suited to both contemporary and traditional style homes. Solid Core Blockboard Doors are suitable for both internal and external use. They are solid throughout and therefore don’t require a perimeter frame. These doors are extremely robust and versatile. They can be resized, openings cut and otherwise modified easily and without impairing their structural strength. The blockboard core is formed of short lengths of pine, square dressed and edge laminated. It is a stable panel machined to even thickness. Clear pine stiles can be seen at the vertical edges.
