PROMATECT® -XW is a high performance fire protection board, used for the protection of structural steel, with excellent weather resistance and fast installation. PROMATECT® -XW is A1 non-combustible and gives up to 60 minutes fire protection to structural steel columns and beams. It is fully tested at limiting temperatures from 300ºC to 650ºC. The board is moisture resistant, allowing installation before the building is weathertight, and has a smooth, impact resistant surface..
