Distributor of pressurized wines by the glass. The Sommelier is a device designed to conserve the contents of opened wine bottles. Preserving wines with a neutral gas such as nitrogen or argon, this system allows for wine service through pressurization. The Sommelier exists in three models, containing either 6, 8 or 12 bottles, and features wood, stainless steel or brass finishes. It may also be customized or made to order for larger projects. With the possibility of two adjustable temperatures, the Sommelier offers you and your guests perfectly-preserved wine under ideal serving conditions.
