Self-supporting pre-stressed hollow-core planks are a suitable solution for floors with large spans and loads that must be executed on a very fast timetable. They can be used for floors with or without a compression screed, depending on the needs of each particular job.
The exposed face of the slab presents an ideal finish, since it is manufactured in metal casting moulds with bevelled sides that are specific to this product.
We manufacture square-cut and skew-cut hollow core planks at 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50 cm depths and 120 cm width in standard format, for spans up to 20 m. We can also manufacture 45, 60 and 75 cm widths for modular end pieces, and can consider any other thickness and width at your request.
