Polyester fabric with white PVC coating on two sides, with fire retardant properties, designed for indoor and light weight structures.
MASTER canvases are woven with high tenacity polyester yarns PVC coated on both sides, specifically designed for textile architecture.
Classification for fire reaction is M2 according to UNE 23727:1990 (Fire Reaction tests for materials used in construction) being suitable for use in public places.
MASTER canvases are presented in white to provide a high visible transmittance and making the most of natural light. Its weight of 700 g/m2, the high strength and good dimensional stability, allows to obtain extremely light structures.
The base fabric is made from anticapilar yarn to prevent mold on fabric and dark stains that would be visible due to the translucency of the canvas itself.
When the canvas translucency from MASTER is an unwanted characteristic, MASTER opaque is used. It is a fabric made from high tenacity polyester with opaque coating of 4 layers and lacquered on 2 sides.
As an opaque canvas, offers maximum sun protection and high thermal comfort by blocking sunlight. It also has an advantage, the outside dirt is not visible from the inside, maintaining a flawless appearance.
PVC Technical characteristics
PVC is a high-strength material with low thermal conductivity, economic, and also recyclable. That’s there as on why PVC canvases have become a widely used material in many fields of application. PVC tarps are used in Textile Architecture, truck covers, covers for pools or ponds, awnings and in all other applications requiring waterproof, high tensile resistance and durability.
