Polyester fabric PVC coated on both sides, designed for curtain-side trucks or high speed industrial sliding doors. The PANAMÁ RECASENS fabrics are made from high-tenacity polyester fibers, PVC coated and lacquered on both sides, specially designed for environments with high demands on strength and flexibility. The basic fabric with Panama weave (mat 2/2), provides high mechanical strength. The special PVC coating, provides to this type of fabrics a high color fastness without causing the effect of “cracking”. All these properties, along with the three meters width, make it ideal for sliding-side curtains of delivery trucks or rapid industrial doors. The lacquer finish of the PANAMÁ fabric allow customization of the final articles by printing, achieving sharp edges, resulting in high quality images. PVC is a high-strength material with low thermal conductivity, economic, and also recyclable. That’s there as on why PVC canvases have become a widely used material in many fields of application. PVC tarps are used in Textile Architecture, truck covers, covers for pools or ponds, awnings and in all other applications requiring waterproof, high tensile resistance and durability. Technological advances in the fabric development, allow to have high strength and flexibility, but with a weight-to-surface ratio lower than other materials.
