The Recoflex® impact sound insulating and elastic layer is rolled out, cut to size and adhered to the prepared and levelled subsurface.
The Recoflex® layer is covered with a polyurethane pore sealant. Then, the PUR cover layer is poured on to a thickness of approx. 2 mm and levelled.
Once the cover layer has dried out, the solvent-free PUR colour layer is applied using a roller. If desired, decorative chips are scattered over the colour layer before it is completely dry. The solvent-free transparent layer is then also applied using a roller. The transparent layer can be omitted as an option (without decorative chips only). If decorative chips are used, the transparent finish must be applied.
