REVEN® stainless steel ceiling module with integrated REVEN® Air-Induction System; cutting edges folded and free of burrs. The REVEN® Air-Induction System improves the capture and extraction performance as well as the separating efficiency of the aerosol separators by at least 20 % due to forced condensation. The system consists of a patented Venturi nozzle for the supply of tempered air at a portion of 20 % to 50 % of the exhaust volume that is integrated into the ceiling. Supply air socket with flow- optimised adjustment devices for the fine adjustment of the induction airflow; supply air chamber of the air-induction system optimised to flow-technological requirements and fitted with airflow rectifying systems to ensure suitable induction airflow and air supply; supply air chamber with incombustible insulation suitable for temperatures down to -50 °C; insulation of the supply air chamber and the air-induction system according to DIN EN 16282 with synthetic insulating material made of silicon dioxide, with abrasion-resistant thermal insulation, thermal resistance: at least R = 0.625 m²K/W. The air-induction system ensures compliance with the maximum value of 90 m³/h per square metre base area required by VDI 2052. The efficiency and function of the Air-Induction System is to be proven by CFD flow simulation (CFD = computational fluid dynamics). Entire design in accordance with DIN EN 16282, VDI 2052 and BGR 111 (Workplace Health and Safety Regulations); corrosion resistance is guaranteed by manufacturing processes in compliance with the regulations of the German Rustproof Stainless Steel Trademark Association (Warenzeichenverband Edelstahl Rostfrei e.V.)
