Description
Create flat roofs with sustainability and a circular economy in mind: with our Nexum and Conar roof-edge trim profiles
When constructing or renovating flat roofs, the roof’s edge can either be raised to form a parapet or designed to run out flat on one level. Both options have to be suitably covered to protect the building fabric at transition areas and to prevent moisture seepage and precipitation from damaging the building façade. Our time-proven Cavor edge profiles have long featured among our products for parapet roofs; we now also offer a solution for level roof edges. Our Nexum and Conar roof-edge trim profiles are compatible with roof membranes made from both bitumen and foil. They appeal not only thanks to their wind resilience but also with their water impermeability.
Both aluminium profiles have been designed with a circular economy in mind: they can be entirely dismantled and the materials sustainably reused. As always, we supply a well-coordinated and ready-to-install complete package with the corresponding corners, connecting elements and end pieces for your specific flat-roof project.
The Nexum variant features a three-part construction comprising an aluminium base profile, replaceable ABS plastic profiles to mechanically fix bituminous or foil sheeting, and snap-on trims with rubber seals.
