The durable patina gives the corten steel its unique look while the resulting barrier layer provides long-term resistance against wind and weather. Foundational stability is ensured by the screwed connections positioned inside the backward bends. They also give the fence panels a virtually seamless look when placed in a row. Moreover, concrete anchors are incorporated at designated points along the 50mm-wide backward bends and reach down 560mm into a point or strip foundation. When preparing a 400 x 400mm point foundation, we recommend a depth of at least 600mm, or as far down as the regional frost line.  The panels can be supplied as plain elements with no additional patterns, placing emphasis on their rust finish. Otherwise, we also offer panels with laser-cut embellishments that make for a special visual highlight. These come either with floral leaf designs in the Folia model, or are based on our popular Staccato, Legato or Ritmo grating cover designs.
