And the valves are designed to to operate under high pressure and high flow rates. The diaphragm piston assembly uses an innovative method to create a seal against the body of the valve and is carefully balanced and supported to avoid distortion; resulting in long-life and controlled actuation even under harsh conditions. The V3000 are made of metal bodies and covers and assemble with just 4 bolts, reducing the time it takes for maintenance. The V3000 Hydraulic Valves are offered in the four different configurations of basic, pressure reducing, pressure reducing and sustaining, and quick relief. These valves are offered in sizes from 2″ to 10″ and with a variety of pilot/springs and connections type.
