Product
The Solo Walls are among the most versatile elements. They can stand alone, be extended with additional walls and offer simple combination options with other playground components, for example as supporting elements for climbing frames. If required they also serve as partitions for zoning and visual screening.

Quality & Safety
All boulder walls are manufactured in solid concrete quality C 30/37 XC4 + XF1. Delivery is partly with and partly without foundation. The height of the impact protection zone must be implemented according to DIN 12572.

Surfaces
Wave walls, spiral walls and climbing walls are available in different surface variants. All variants receive a final surface finish (CREFIX coating) that is weather-resistant, protects the concrete surface and—with added quartz sand—provides improved grip. The coating can be applied in common RAL colours.

• Allround: lightly textured
• Plus: heavily textured
• Special: imprint of an alpine rock face

Siteworks
Gravel box, bedding layer, foundation according to manufacturer specifications, unreinforced mounting foundations, impact protection (if applicable). For individual elements delivery can include the foundation.

Warranty / Maintenance
Up to 5 years warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Afterwards there is an option to refurbish the sports installation at a defined fixed price and extend the warranty by a further 5 years. Maintenance and service contracts (optional annual inspection with test report and photo documentation) are offered.
