Description RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat is a polyurea scratch coat for filling defects, uneveness and holes in the matrix of surfaces prior to the application of RonaDeck Resin Bonded Surfacing resins. RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat has excellent adhesion to bituminous, cementitious, timber and metal surfaces. It will adhere to damp or uncured concrete (over 4 days old, min. curing temp. of 20oC). The speed of RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat enables it to be overlaid within 1 2 hours at 10°C to 20°C. It is supplied as a three component product. Surfaces on which RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat is applied must be well constructed, structurally stable with good cohesive strength and suitable to receive a bonded high strength surfacing. Weakness in or on the surface is likely to result in failure.
