The Stresemann collection combines exceptional design with superb functionality. Stresemann is based on revolutionary constructional solutions that recognisably appear to disregard provocatively traditional production techniques and principles of structural stability. Inspired by the bionic design of an aircraft wing, Michael Morten Neumayr designed the Stresemann collection. An extruded aluminium profile connects the seat elements, back rest and stainless-steel feet. The necessary joints are of push-fit design or detachably bonded without screwing. The Stresemann co 05 barstool comes with an impressively airy appearance. Attached merely at the pivot, the ergonomically formed and gently rocking seat surface gives the barstool its filigree and purist silhouette. Stresemann co 05 was awarded with the Good Design Award and nominated for Designpreis der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
