1/7 ACRYLIC TRANSPARENT PRIMER is an acrylic emulsion-based, concentrated primer with high pénétration and adhérence power. SCOPE OF APPLICATION ACRYLIC PRIMER 1x7 is applied on gypsum, whitewash, surfaces with low quality absorbing latex paint that lost its characteristic and surfaces with high absorption and/or chalking characteristic like aerated concrete etc. FEATURES - ACRYLIC PRIMER 1x7 prevents the absorbency of the surface, and decreases paint wastage/consumption, - Serves as a binding bridge between the final coat of paint and the surface in mineral surfaces like all kind of concrete, aerated concrete, pressed brick, thin plaster and chalking surfaces like satin plaster, plaster board, - Prevents early drying of the paint and prevents the colour waving that might occur on the final coat of paint on surfaces with different absorption, - As it is water-based, it is harmless to human health and environment. SURFACE PREPARATION Clean all dirt, oil, blistered paint and dust off the application surface; level the surface defects with SAN DECO Acrylic Putty Interior. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Before application, one unit ACRYLIC PRIMER 1X7 should be diluted with 7 parts of water and mixed thoroughly. - After dilution, primer application can be carried on, - The environment of application must be kept between +5°C to +35°C within 24 hours during and after the application. DRYING TIME Allow 4-5 hours for touch dry and 24 hours for complete dry at 23oC environment conditions. THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION Depending on surface smoothness, porosity and application methods, for a single coat application; - 1 lt covers 16,5– 20,0 m² of surface,
