UNIMARC SMALTO MICACEO is an acrylic resin and lamellar extender based top coat which protects and decorates metallic supports. Its special formulation produces: - Barrier effect: its particular lamellar structure creates parallel extended layers inside the film, which block the penetration of water and atmospheric agents. - Shield effect: the micaceous iron oxide and aluminium present in the product prevent ultraviolet radiation from reaching the underneath layers, delaying the deterioration of the binder. For its aesthetic characteristics the product can be employed on various surfaces in order to create fine aesthetic effects.
