The angulation adopted for the System empha-sisesthc solid appearance of the storage units, softened by slim indentations that on the veneered version may be high-lighted by a contrasting finish, or practically disappear with a tone on tone finish. The addition of tapered métal legs will addfurther appeal. Individual elements can be placed side by side or stacked to create small-scale, horizontal or vertical home architecture by mixing and matching different finish* es. Compositions may stand directly on the floor or be provided with élégant métal legs. Stacked modules differentiate the look and use of the drawers, so that their contents can be recognised at a glance, at the same time creating original, characterful decor items by using stark contrasts between finishes and colours. The metal legs add a further touch of personality by emphasising the vertical momen-tum of the composition.
