The long and short wall lamps belonging to the TM collection feature a wooden channel into which a parchment shade is partially inserted. The shorter version can be affixed directly to the wall or comes with an optional outer cable which doubles up as a light switch. Beech or walnut wood structure. Lampshade in white (optional upper diffuser in white translucent methacrylate - for energy saving bulbs only) or beige parchment. Available in two versions: TMM corto (with plug: the light is switched on/off by pulling softly from the cable or by direct connection to the wall) and TMM largo. The TMM wall lamp is part of Miguel Milá’s collection for TRAMO, the company he founded to produce his own work in post-war Spain. He was starting off in a profession that he would later go on to master. He was a pre-industrial designer seeking convenient solutions with the technology available.
