Isolide® Safe is insulating glass which includes at least one sheet of Multisafe® laminated safety glass. It prevents injury as the fragments will stick to an elastic PVB film in the event of a breakage. As a result, the product is not only insulating, but may also have one or more of the additional features safety, burglary proof, bullet proof and possibly sound control. In addition to the insulating properties, product also provides protection against injury and falling through, breaking in or out, and resists gunfire and sound. Combined with our Warm Edge spacer, each Isolide® and Trisolide® glass performs even better by reducing the insulation value of your overall window. It also ensures a beautiful (standard) black finish in your frame.
