Once Dido Mykhas had a bizarre dream. A ceramic Lembyk drank water from a mountain river. His blushing mane was heading up to the windflaws, his long tail was tickling the corn mint, and the ears were pricking up to every move in the woods. Out of nowhere, there appeared a forest girl. She softly approached the fantastic beast and said to it “Gayda?”, which in Ukrainian means “Let’s go?”. Lembyk waved his tail in happiness, leaned to her and asked: “Where are we going this time?”. The girl didn’t hesitate: “To Dido Mykhas for banosh, a national Carpathians dish made from cornmeal with smetana, pork rind, mushrooms, and bryndza”.
When Dido Mykhas woke up, he went straight to the kitchen, — today he will host guests.
