Conservatories and glazed shelters are ever more popular additions to family houses. However, during intensive sunshine, the inner space of conservatories becomes overheated and thus they become impossible to stay in. To eliminate these unfavourable effects, conservatory shading is instrumental. The Gardena 500 type is designed for mounting to constructions of large conservatories or gardens with vertically bent roofs. The special design also allows shading of slope and vertical sections of the conservatory by one awning at a time. The closed cassette protects the fabric whenever it is not used. The awning can only be operated by a motor.
