Description

Presentation SMART ACCESSIBILITY The intersections between pedestrianized streets and streets of road traffic cause conflicts in the regulation of pedestrian crossing and vehicles by increasing the probability of distraction of pedestrians. In order to respond to the challenges inherent in this type of crossings, the SX traffic light mark delimits and physically protects the pedestrian zone without critical slopes, while complementing traffic light signaling, providing order, safety and accessibility. STRUCTURE The SX traffic light beacon consists of a compact piece of cylindrical section made entirely of steel, whose standard height and diameter are located at 859 mm and 200 mm respectively. Its visual stimulation capacity is reinforced by a superior light cylinder operated by a double LED signal system (red-green) protected by a high impact PMMA closure that stands out for its high resistance to UV radiation. MATERIALS AND FEATURES The galvanized electrolytic steel with two-component epoxy anticorrosive primer and subsequent two-component polyurethane airborne application in any Ral, gives the SX traffic light beacon an ideal level of resistance to the degrading action of outdoor environments. In turn, this series stands out for its ability to integrate multiple connectivity alternatives with lighting or other traffic light series, such as the SX traffic light, contributing to urban accessibility and safety in the era of habitability.
