Sifa produces high quality and design food counters. It offers a wide range of refrigerated, neutral or hot display cases for butcher, bakery, deli and grocery stores. VEGA COMPRISES VARIOUS MODULES WITH FORCED-AIR REFRIGERATION. SUITABLE FOR BUTCHERS’ SHOPS, IT HAS A VERY DEEP WELL TO MAXIMISE DISPLAY CAPACITY. The refrigeration system is forced-air type with air speed adjustment with either tip-up or fixed removable (standard) display surface. Vega can be fitted (optional) with AISI 304 display surface which tips up by means of hydro-lift pistons, allowing the fans to be topmounted so that the well can be washed with water, ideal for butchers’ stores. Optional: refrigerated deep drawer compartment with static refrigeration and temperature controlled independently from counter. Optional: the rear can be enclosed by a roller blind or sliding Plexiglass doors.
