This concept allows the creation of a horizontal diaphragm at natural ground level, separating the foundations from a building or from premises fit for habitation. As seismic events act directly on the foundations, Sismoplaque isolates and gives inertia to the inhabited premises, protecting them from self-destruction. The intervention of Sismoplaque can be completed by the reinforcement of the very structure of the habitation, by putting up injectable anchors of the M-TECH type at the attachment points: angles, floors, framed openings, jambs and above the diagrams, horizontaly, with the creation of beam anchors. The reinforcement is designed so as to increase the quality of the swiveling and interference fit of the piers and the platforms.
