WATERBORNE MORTAR FOR FLOORS (A+B+C). Three pack product: A – waterborne amine resin B – epoxy resin C – pre-prepared product, based on inert and inorganic additives By mixing the components, the polymerization process between the two resins is initiated and at the same time the effect from the inorganic additives starts. In this way, the best characteristics are developed: • Adhesion to the substrate • Toughness • Hardening in presence of humidity • Permeability to vapor Usages Industrial floors. Storage floors and commercial rooms. Smoothing and restoring of old floors. Substrate The substrate must have a minimum resistance to compression of 25 N/mm2 and to traction of 1,5 N/mm2. Preparation of the substrate •Concrete substrate must be solid, leveled, absorbent, not polluted by oils, dust or any other substances. Choose the most convenient mechanical preparation (abrasion, shot-blasting or grinding) and then apply one layer of PAVIWATER T68. •Oily surfaces have to be deeply milled and then smoothed with a layer of FLUIDEPOX added with QUARZO B0; when still fresh seed QUARZO B2 till saturation.
