Description

Used as a finish on resin coatings, Finiwater Top allows you to create surfaces with a glossy appearance and easy to clean. It easily adheres to numerous substrates and its characteristics (resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion, solvents, ethyl alcohol, atmospheric agents) make it suitable for installation in industrial or outdoor environments. Description Two-component product based on cross-linked polyurethane dispersion with a hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate. The film obtained after the coalescence and crosslinking phase has the following characteristics: high anchoring properties on various supports excellent mechanical properties good abrasion resistance good resistance to solvents excellent resistance to atmospheric agents good resistance against ethyl alcohol glossy appearance Use Finishing of resin coatings. Protective transparent for decorative coatings and paints. Painting of concrete floors. Support The substrate must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 and a tensile strength of 1,5 N/mm2 Preparation of the support Each support must be cleaned, degreased and free of old paint during detachment. Abrasive superficially to promote adhesion. It is recommended to use abrasive papers with a grain greater than 150, clear if possible. After abrasion completely remove dust from the surface. As top-coating of resin coatings, it is necessary to proceed with the application by verifying the coating time of the previously applied product. Surfaces tending to chalk will be treated in advance with a recovery of PAVIWATER T68 or PAVIWATER TES, both diluted 1:3 with water.
