The lines are sleek, but don’t let them fool you. Its construction makes it exceptionally strong. Because every strip in the seat and the back is bonded with four wedge-shaped parts, and because there are 11 strips in both, the chair is made with 88 meticulously assembled teak parts. The neck cushion is made from water resistant leather and can be height adjusted (or removed altogether if you wish). In the other teak strips that touch the ground, screws prevent water from spreading up the legs and damaging the chair. When folded, the chair takes up very little space.
