The pneumatic operated skylight for smoke and heat extraction (SHE) Skylux 160° CE (a pneumatic operated skylight) opens 160° and meets the European standard EN 12.101-2 and NBN S21-208-1 & 3. Pneumatic operated skylights are often used in big industrial projects. The advantage of this pneumatic smoke and heat extraction system is the power net. Even when there is a power breakdown, this system continues operating. The cylinder is equipped with a slot to prevent intruders breaking in and it provides wind-tight sealing. The system opens when a temperature of 70°C is reached via a CO2 fusible with detection unit and glass bottle. The skylight opens up to 160°.
