The challenge of turning a two-dimensional element into infinitely multiplying shapes. designed by Doriana & Massimiliano Fuksas Studio Fuksas The new Charlotte Globe suspension recreates the laborious patterns and impalpable elements of honeycomb, enclosed in a welcoming sphere. Charlotte globe is crafted of Cristalflex®, with an internal structure in Lentiflex® that diffuses the light, and is equipped with our unique magnetic system. The sphere has the same profound, concentric geometry that defines the rest of Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas’ collection. A combined electrical and hanging wire adds to the lamp’s ethereal personality, and 4 light sources change in intensity and temperature depending on selected bulbs. Charlotte Globe’s 60 cm diameter adds delicate opulence to interiors. The collection also includes a floor lamp, applique, and two other suspension sizes.
