The custom Drop-In by Smart Ice Italy is an AISI 304 stainless steel well that is ideal for displaying food products in bars, pastry shops and in the catering industry. The versions for cold storage with ventilated or static refrigeration, with the option of adding a hot display shelf or with a switch, make it possible to use display cabinets in a number of situations. For this reason, drop-in wells are suitable for storing food such as pastries, ice cream, pralines, delicatessen products and fruit. The temperature range is between +4 °C and +80 °C and temperature is controlled via a supplied electronic control unit that is either connected or remote. Only the version for pralines has an active humidity control system that regulates humidity from 50% to 70%. With high-intensity polyurethane foam insulation, the custom drop-in wells manufactured by Smart Ice Italy are also designed to contain ice for displaying and preserving fish. Trays for delicatessen products or even horizontal shelves can be placed inside. They have LED lights that can be dimmed to adjust light intensity in order to highlight the products on display inside. The sliding doors for closing the back can be doors made of either tempered glass or plexiglass, depending on your requirements.
