The DUALDRIP ® integral drip line represents an important technological milestone in the drip irrigation sector as it is the first flat drip line in the world with bilateral delivery on each integrated dripper.
It is a polyethylene pipe with a flat turbulent flow dripper welded to the pipe wall.
DUALDRIP ® is suitable for the irrigation of open field crops as well as covered soil crops . Its use is ideal in flower crops such as roses or carnations, and in horticultural plantations such as: onion, garlic, celery, carrot, tomato, strawberry, melon, watermelon, potato, cucumber, courgette, eggplant, pepper and many others.
Increase of the irrigated area and greater homogeneity;
Less water dispersion in the presence of sandy soils;
Excellent resistance to clogging: the special patented design of the labyrinth favors a turbulent flow with a self-cleaning effect, even at low operating pressures;
Additional barrier to the passage of impurities with integrated filter;
Excellent emission uniformity over the entire length of the line, even in fertigation cycles;
Complete emptying at the end of the irrigation cycle with consequent lower risk of biocclusion;
Low pressure sensitivity;
Low technological variation coefficient;
Reduction of percolation on the pipe;
High resistance to UV rays, thermal and mechanical stress, attack by microorganisms and molds, saline water, acids or alkaline solutions normally used in agriculture;
Ease of drafting also thanks to the double continuous strip on the emitter side, with significant labor savings;
Requires little maintenance.
