BROADBAND ONE-DIMENSIONAL QUADRATIC RESIDUE SOUND DIFFUSER The QR Diffuser (QRD) is the ideal broadband sound diffusor, bases on the quadratic residue theory. The diffusion pattern is independent of the angle of incidence. Thanks to the variable depths of the panel, sound is diffused over a 180° angle. Moreover, when placed alternately horizontally and vertically, the sound is diffused bidimensionally. The QRD can be delivered as a natural wooden element or painted in the colour of your choice. This makes the QRD highly suitable as a sound diffusor not only in auditoria, theaters and concert halls, but especially in smaller rooms as home cinemas, listening rooms and recording studios.
